Today is Supreme Court "Justice" Clarence Thomas' 76th birthday. He has successfully exceeded the life expectancy of a black male in America, which is 74.1 years. If he lives another 3 months, he will exceed the average life expectancy for a male (all races averaged) in America of 76.33.

For all intents and purposes, the winner of the 2024 presidential election will pick his successor (and Justice Sotomayor too, although I hope Justice Sotomayor resigns next month when the current Supreme court term is over)
