Happy birthday, annaswirls!
You've made it through another year
of dropping lumined poetic pearls
into our eager ears.

Happy Birthday Jen!

Write a poem
Kiss your kids
Drink some wine
Make a wish
Feel loved
Feel fine
Breathe
Swirl
Sway
It's a good day.

Ahhh! Thanks y'all! I love the rhymee poems Tzara, Carrie, CC, I was wiggling in my chair singing the new birthday songs....as Rizzo from Grease (thanks Curt for the cool candles and your Southern accent and whoohoo my datemates!)

Thank you Ang, for the list, I am making sure to check it twice (and maybe three times although that might be too much wine)

Thanks for the snuggly bear, Leon, I will cuddle up with it while I read my new Kundera book :) Thanks for the well wishes WSO, VD, ee, Sara (honorary Aquariun) you made me smile all the way to my toes.

So I am 39, and have decided to start saying I am 42 so that when I become 40 I will be used to it.

Hmm.

Happy Birthday Jenn!!!!!! Have a great day.

It's my daughter's birthday too, she's 16.

happy birthday, partner.

39? . . . i thought you were 19, and just mature for your age.

Hush up young 'un. You too can wallow in these years of your prime which, by my calculations should last you for another 16 years (and for Jenn, another 21 years). After that you slowly start to mellow out and I do mean slowly.

Just make sure while you're wallowing in these prime years of yours that you don't wear out your man!

Bugger, missed that party.

Happy Birthday, J

Thanks BBrig! 16. Wow, how wonderful! What a lucky girl to have you for a dad. My oldest turns 8 on Friday!

Thanks Rainy, 19, oh you couldn't pay me to go back to 19 :) I wrote such awful poetry when I was 19 and didn't even know it was awful. At least now I know when it is awful eh hem.

Thanks unapologetic, when is your birthday?

Maria! I never said 40 was old. I just figured I would get used to saying it, I am slow sometimes, and it takes awhile, all this inertia, to change direction. I just want to get warmed up. You know, these old bones all creekity..... I would rather just be in my 40's than on the brink, you know? Thanks for the well wishes! We had ice cream for dinner :)

Liar, party is all month, pull up a chair
