Well my almost twin, you weren't going to get away without at least some acknowledgment that you are still 27 or 29 or however old you are....

Thanks! I had a friend do my chart once and almost everything is in Gemini, cept my moon which is in Capricorn. So I may appear quite different than I actually am, which of course totally appeals to my Gemini-ness. :D

belated birthday wishes Angeline - i hope you've had a wonderful birthday week/month/year ;) :rose:

Thank you! Lovely to see you, and hope life and poetry are both going well. Eagleyez and I moved this year (just a little over a month ago) to the mountains of North Carolina. It's just gorgeous, and we so love it. I couldn't have a better birthday present than to be where I am (and with T) here and now.

sounds like a really big change for you, i'm so glad you love it. you've both earnt it methinks. and there's nothing on earth like being able to see ones surroundings as beautiful :rose:

i am reprioritising life right now *smile* poetry is sparse but seems to still be travelling with me as i journey. i'm aiming to take the rest of this year off from the rat race and to figure out where and how i fit into this world. it's a little scary but is exciting and very interesting too.

seems ages since i've seen any of ee's writings. i must go find his thread and see if he's added anything. please give him my love and hugs for you both. xoxox does it still feel like you're on holiday in your new place or have you settled in already?

I know what you mean about the poetry. It comes and goes for me, coming moreso now that the move has given me so much more to think and write about. ee sends his love and a big hug to you, too. He has been writing again, and put a new poem (that I love) just today in his "not sure how many words" thread. As soon as I read it, I said "did you dream this last night," and sure enough, he did. How come I never dream about Ted Berrigan, darnit? He was also just telling me the other day that he feels ready to start writing prose (as in short stories and/or a longer piece) again, which makes me very happy. He's really good at it, and I so want to see him get back into that again.

Asheville is just starting to feel like home, well maybe not quite yet--but we're enjoying every moment of settling in. We've got quite a cast of visitors headed our way: his younger son will be here in a few weeks, then my two kids (plus my son's girlfriend, soon to be fiance, I think--I hope...) later this summer, and then ee's older sister will be here in the fall. Lol, no one was champing at the bit to visit us when we lived in frozen Maine, but everyone wants to come here. And we have a wonderful friend and neighbor in tungtied2u, who lives quite close by (and was here just yesterday, in fact). And yes, he is just as lovely a person as you'd imagine he is. So anyway, I can slot you in for a stay around November. :D

Oh No!

I feel awful that I missed your birthday, Angeline. I hope it was wonderful and that your whole year follows suit. No one deserves it more. :rose::rose::rose:

I hope your journey is fruitful for you!
Sure sounds like Angeline & ee;s turned out great - and a birthday to top it off!

i loved ee's new poem, read back a few and realised i want to reread the whole thread, so that's my plan for this next week or two. i'm going to enjoy that. :) i love his love and he gives great hugs too :D but you know that already. i don't know if i've read any of his prose. i'll have to go searching for some. can't wait for his urge to hit the page :)

the rate things are going, you best be careful, i may turn up with my backpack and toothbrush (i just need a little more practise at honing my packing skills. i'm down to a half a carload for a two nighter away so far. got a ways to go eh ;) )

sounds like you're going to be flat tack busy. bet you can't wait for all the visits too! i'll keep my fingers crossed for the future engagement announcement. i'm jealous, you get to live close to TT! he's a darling.

i hope you get to enjoy every moment you are there. :rose::kiss:

I hope your journey is fruitful for you!

it will be when i figure out how to relax and let it be that way. i'm getting there. should have it down pat in about a year. lol

Don't feel that way! You know I love you. And thank you sweet girl. Btw, just got my desktop computer hooked up yesterday, so don't be surprised if you see me turn up you know where soon. :D
