* Watching and cheering outloud (really loud outloud) as the Celtics season opener and truly seeing a team. One that trampled the Washington Wizards by 20 points. We're back!

* Rainy morning reading and watching the storm from the safety and warmth of my home. That is definitely something beyond happiness ~ it's being grateful.

Finding out that your friends will take care of you when you're sick

Having a friend tell you "I still think you're sexy" when you've been throwing up intermittently for the last six to eight hours and feel like the grossest thing in the world

Spending the day watching Veronica Mars and sleeping

Knowing that you have friends who care about you and your well being

Talking to a friend more than a hundred miles away and feeling like you're talking to them in person

Figuring that you are much better off in the world than an ex, especially when the breaking up process was not pleasant

Realizing that your room is a mess and not caring too much about it.

Carving a pumpkin for Halloween.

Watching movies with friends.

Not having to get dressed at all and just spending the day in pajamas
