Don't drink? lol Okay, seriously now... BEFORE you drink (which won't help you now, though) take a couple of Tylenol or Asprin. It wll help reduce your chance of getting a headache through the night and the next morning. Sometimes things like headahe pills with milk, and not water, and some relaxing rst or sleep can help too. God thing you changed your Lit colors. That bright blue and white would have been murder on ya.
Get back up on that horse that bucked ya. If you had JD and Coke all night, then have a JD and Coke to get ya back....don't get drunk just have a drink.
Sometimes that helps..........also drink water, plenty of it. It will help flush your system out some.
I have other ideas but they are sexual in nature and might not be welcome on this board......oh wait a minute I am on Lit not another board..........
ok seriously , alcohol =osmosis [physical reaction] = dehydration
remedy drink a pint of water before bed
drink plenty of orange juice in the morning
also drink plenty of coke , believe it or not it is good for you as it is full of sugar and the bubbles and caffeine give you a lift
it works for me better than a hair of the dog every time
more alcohol just disguises the dehydration
Mint Tea with a couple of rosemary leaves crushed in with the tea and strained into the water. Take a couple of Excedrin, a good pair of sunglasses, and wait for the Mint to sooth your nausea.
Cherry kool-aid (lots of H20 and sugar...lack of which is what gives you the headache)... and protein, like a hamburger. My friend and I always joke the day after, that we need a half a side of beef and a $3.00 Coke.
Lots of water and B complex suplemements can't hurt either. Ginsing is worth a try. So is excercise, even just a brisk walk. Just make sure you drink lots of fluids when you do so.
