Actually, Daryl you miss the point even in this simple thread. The word "tax" - in the Nordquistian sense - must not elicit a purely Pavlovian response if indeed the issues involved are to be rationally discussed. You'll be gone soon enough. No need to take any heed. And Mike... to give short answer to your obtuse flagellation of a question, the 'handsome' are always taxed by the likes of personae like you. How you wish to quantify and redistribute your IGB is up to whatever simple device you may deign to conjure...
 
As I have stated before, I was in special education and I am not as intelligent as most people. So going to college and having a good job may not be possible for me.

Those with average/above average/superior/gifted intelligence can pretty much do and accomplish anything they want.

I am unfortunate.
