Hamas is not ONLY a military or terrorist organization. It is a political party, that has governed the Gaza Strip since 2007.

Joining Hamas might well seem like the best available option, to many a patriotic Palestinian of good heart and civic virtue.

It is at any rate a more reasonable and honorable choice than voting Likud would be to an Israeli.

Dude, take a break. You don't have to start a thread on every single thought you have. And even I can't support this point of view. Hamas is a fascistic terrorist organization that just happened to provide some leverage, governance, and structure. It has no redeeming qualities at this point. It also does not represent all Palestinians, other than being their masters. So please drop the posturing and the poetic language. You just plain lose on this one.
