There are quite a few Halloween stories out there, but I think this idea has a lot of potential.
Plenty of scope for costumes if it's Halloween - and the girls might even be hiding their identities, which could add spice. And please don't restrict their exploits to just hooking up with boys - surely there must be a few attractive girls on campus that they've always had a desire to experiment with?!...

Halloween
Halloween over here is for kids but I was invited to an adult Halloween party last year, I didn’t go but it could have had many possibilities.
Maybe a young couple who were invited didn’t know what they were getting into and turned up thinking it was just a few drinks and nibbles but when they tried to leave they found out that there were to be the party

The couple are trying to spice things up and go to a Adults only Halloween party they heard about through some online friends. First time ever at a party like this and to add to their night they agree to meet at the party without telling each other what they are going as but agree both will wear some sort of mask to hide their identity.

If you wanted to take a more fantasy or mind-control type of approach to the topic, you could write a story about a Halloween party at which some kind of magic spell or evil spirit or high-tech gizmo makes all the party-goers start acting like their costumes. Hence the girl dressed up like a hooker would really start trying to turn tricks, the girl dressed as a bellydancer would get down on the floor and start writhing, etc.
It could be quite interesting considering the way a lot of people dress for Halloween these days.

Probably, considering it's a fairly obvious topic (or at least it seems like it to me), but I don't know of any specific stories dealing with it. The closest I can come up with at the moment is Collen Whyte's "Wife of Many Roles" about a woman who changes her personality based on what she's wearing. But it's just one woman, not Halloween, not a party, etc.
A google search for "halloween" on mcstories.com (i.e., asstr.org/~mcstories) turns up the following stories that look like they might touch on this theme (but I haven't read them yet):

I'd like to see that idea with a little fantasy/folklore mixed in. The girls go in to the party thinking that it's just gonna be an ordinary night of continuous sex, but later discover that, thanks to some passionate love bites from a couple of anonymous partners, one is now a werewolf and the other is now a vampire.
