So how many adults here still have the Halloween spirit? Do you dress up? Have any special rituals. Sit by the front door with a bowl of candy and turn out the lights and eat it all yourself?

If you dress up...do you go for sexy or scary...just out for scary fun or a hot night?

I dress up as something scary every Halloween. It can’t be too scary because we have younger kids who come by. I have a big, black jumping spider that reacts to movement. I won’t turn it on because screaming, crying children generally cause parents to yell. This year I’ll just set him inside the door so people can see him when I open it. We also bought a fog machine this year. I haven’t tested it but fingers crossed it looks a little spooky. We don’t get that many kids, but we do get more each year. Quite a few remember we give out full sized candy bars.

Traditions are
•we decorate
•full size candy bars. This year I have 150 of them. Thank you Costco!
•handful of non chocolate candy too
•everyone gets candy, even the older kids
•I answer for everyone who rings
