BWAHAHAHAHAHAH! :D Oh my Goodness! That is just hilarious!

(Not at work, not dressed up, but do have a costume party on Saturday.)

Rhino, that has to be one of the most clever and original costumes I have ever seen :)

Thanks so much for sharing :)

Re. 'moi foir', is that your work station?! Yikes. Great costume. Not in one myself, but many at the U. are, those that deal with the students, very fun to walk about the campus. One of the cafeteria ladies (boisterous Black woman) is dressed like a princess all in violet and purple hues including a lavendar wig and turban/tiara, the students love her. I do too.

Appropriately, the people behind the Bursar's counter are dressed like monsters and vampires.

I plan to wear a witch' hat and dress in black. And also to cackle whenever I answer the phone.

OMFG!!!

Absolutely brilliant, Rhino! I nearly fell off my chair! :D

I'll be dressing up on Sunday, with the kids. :)

Lou

I love your Oscar costume Rhino. Oscar is just so cool.

And Sesame Street sn't a kids programme. I still enjoy it now and used to love being home at lunchtimes at college so I could watch it then.

In fact Sesame street radio often is playing the background whilst I do my web stuff :)

I don't dress up as such but people think I've come as a witch?
maybe the black nail varnish and purple and black socks were a bad idea

Whats wrong with that?

I sewed up a Sgt. Pepper jacket in bright lime green and went as an era last year.

I'm working feverishly on a beak for a Plague Doctor thing this time.

Kids really dig the holiday, more even than Christmas, some of them.

Be sure and take a photo Cant. I've just recalled one of the best 'at work' costumes ever. At Caltech Richard Feynman dressed as a dog and had a sign hanging from his neck that read, "I'm serious", which he was so not re. his genius and the scientific academy.

For those who don't get it: Dog stardom

True story

At work today, one of the VPs (a very pretty Asian woman) wore an outfit that was one of those Japanese schoolgirl superheroes - short plaid pleated skirt, white shirt, navy blazer, red tie, white knee sox, ninja weapon.

So, being the incurable wiseass that I am, once the party started and we'd all had a beer or two, I asked her, "So, what does your husband think of that costume?"

Yes, I had thought twice or so about it, but I thought, "What the hell? She's the one in the Japanese schoolgirl outfit!"

Well, it turns out her husband is a co-founder of the company. Spank my ass and call me Slappy!
