You cheated... you almost pulled it off but I had my doubts - something about camera posing gives away amateur sites.
Little tell-tail things that you don't even notice unless you work with it.

Now I have a question: when people post amateur pics that are distorted and show one generic part after another in close zoom they have threads-full of comments on how insert positive adjective they are. Is it just for support? Personally, I haven't seen that many pics in the pic threads that I would say I was mildly interested in, much less excited about.

So when others post things like "Mmmm, that looks good" or something to that extent, I just go "huh?"

Is it just me? Can amateurs not take decent pictures? Are they not only amateurs on camera but behind it as well? Yish.

Just wondering.

Both, actually. What I'd like is for people to settle down after the "oh-god-I-just-got-a-digital-camera-and-now-I-can-make-tons-of-pictures-free" spree of bad shots and maybe look at the picture they are posting. Just because you feel excitement at seeing part of yourself nekid in the forums doesn't mean anyone else looking at it is going to even twitch with curiousity. How many pictures-at-arms-length have you seen? What about that pale shade of blue that makes you think someone was snapping away at the morgue? If I was to take a pic of myself, I'd at least look at it with an impartial eye and say to myself - will someone who doesn't know me think it good?

All this is IMHO.... but who knows, I could be wrong.

There are many artistic, tasteful, beautiful amateur shots on here ... but that is another issue. You seem to have an objection to pictures that you do not find aesthetically pleasing. Does it really matter?

Also this is called the "Amatuer" pic section and just like anything else in this world weather it be amatuer racing or amatuer golf the people doing it usually are not as good as the pro's. Hence that word amatuer. Another good example would be the writing on this site. Not everybody is a professional writer and therfore some of the writing on here could be considered bad. But that's not the point. This is a place for people to come and express themselves however they feel. Even if that's criticizing other peoples pictures. So, with that said your right alot of the pictures on here really suck (mine included propably), but that's ok because it's free and it's fun.

In My Humble Opinion I'm afraid you're missing the point....

I am the last person to expect pro quality from amateur pics. My point was/is: why, when the pics are obviously horrible, do so many people lie straight out and say they are good and post more? (btw, I'm not talking about AV's either) ... that's all.

Heck, I wish everyone here could be a photographer and a writer by trade - I don't hold it against them in the least. It's the people with the false praise that leave me dumbfounded.

Hey, thats my favorite part. The person that post gawd awful pictures and everybody tells them how great they are. You would think that since we are all anonymous we would be more honest. But then again I never feel it's my place to rip them apart either, so what do I know.

Earlier i was going through a rather long pic thread .In about the middle of the thread some unregistered poster made some very critical remarks about the ladies looks( her hair, her breasts ,her legs, even her complexion)I guess what I'm trying to say here is why do some people feel such a strong need to take joy away from others? I understand that 95 %of the posters here aren't models or professional porn stars and the photograghy is often very amateur but the sexy part of this whole site to me IS REAL PEOPLE HAVING FUN....on this site you see so many body type from the teeny tittie to bbws and everything in-between and for me the sexiest posters are the one having the most fun
