Yayat implying racial purity at this point is a little silly. The legend, I believe, is that they are from India, but wouldn't it be fair to say that they have been around. I think gypsies are hot so I'll defend them with you. Lets not pretend that many of them haven't traditionally engaged in activities that are outside the law of many of their home countries.
