The passer by is a really nice bloke it seems - He's a builder by trade and goes above and beyond the call of duty helping him finish the build to completion + new jobs around the house. The home owners wife likes the builder too and finds him attractive but it appears that he's gay at first so it appears to be fine at first glance. They end up all becoming very close friends and they find out he's also a kickboxer. He ends up using their garage as a training gym.

Then theres the obvious-on-this-website sexual side of things. The lodger turns out not to be gay but bisexual. The husband struggles figuring out his feelings towards his mate when it becomes obvious that the reason for him being so helpful at the start was cos he fancied him. Husband struggles more and more with his sexual identity the closer they all become and the more lines blur in their late night drinking sessions. The wife has the hots for them both and as it goes further she explores her sexuality with a totally out of the blue person in a really obnoxious way as well. Things inevitably get pretty messy but in-the-end it comes round to being pretty wholesome.

A really good nuanced story. Read it before I made an account. I'd love to read it again hope someone else knows what its called.
