From today's London Times...
"As the dawn mist cleared on the Channel yesterday the HMS Sutherland, a heavily armed frigate, had intercepted the Nisha, a 17,000-tonne, 450ft cargo vessel in international waters 30 miles off Beachy Head in East Sussex and ordered the Indian crew to hove to. Intelligence officers were suspicious that the Nisha had put in to Djibouti in Somalia."
Guess America's next target!
