hi alicia, what a fun question! - tough, too. i have a friend also named alicia from altoona, pa - she is half italian, half eastern european... and my stepmom's relatives from coal country are italian, so on the admittedly slim basis of that (and your pic) i had to go with italian, but it's a tough call! can't wait to hear the answer!
