I hate customer service that does actually serve you! I had to call a 1-800 number to change a name on a mag subscription (which they should've gotten right in the first place!) and the guy asked "How may I help you?" (In a thick accent) then after I told him my problem he says "I'd love to help you, but are systems are updating right now" (so I waiting on hold for nothing, why don't they just have a message that tells you that!) GRRRRRH!
