That is pretty absurd. They don't have standing to sue, so it will just get dismissed. The attorney that filed it should get sanctioned. Politically, it probably helps Trump more than hurts.

In addition, their suit is not ripe for adjudication. No policy changes have yet been made and their potential immigration status is unchanged.

It is a frivolous suit and, yes, the attorneys involved should be sanctioned.
