disgraceful is an understatement.

but where's the house's teeth in this? persistent, willful breaking of the floor rules should result in the transgressor's banning from the floor.

sliding scale of fines up to a point...beyond that, you don't get to enter the room, vote, argue points, yada yada yada

and it's not like mtg is funding any of those fine payments...that'll be the sad suckers who send her money
