I just bought a JAM studio graphic tablet.

I tried to draw something with it and it does one pixel per button click, holding the button doesn't make it keep drawing and neither does change of pressure. Anyone know anything about this?

The tech support stuff on the site suck and was no help and the number in the user's guide has been disconnected. I think I just got taken on this :(

Sounds about right - was this something you bought on sale? Take it back if you can.

I bought it normal price at a computer store. I'm definitely taking it back. Perhaps I can get a Wacom tablet when I have a decent job.

I have a Wacom. :) Make sure you get a decent sized pad with it.

Google dosn't turn up anything helpful unless youconsider the fact that "jamstudio.com" is a domain name that is for sale and the only site that has the tablet for sale has it on clearance as a "discontiued item". :(

Have you tried reading the users guide that came with it or the Help menu? I know JAM products don't have very good documentation or at least the JAMcam I used to own didn't, but it at least had a fw well-hidden clues on how it worked.

If you can take it back, that might be the best choice -- remember, you usually get what you pay for.
