After this sitting for a year with virtually no work on it, I've decided to publish what I had of this story to see if anyone was still interested in reading. Not super polished at all but I'd still love to hear thoughts! Maybe some conversation would actually inspire me to write more!

I've read the early portions when they came out, but did not remember enough to follow your last chapter. I'd have to go back, read again and catch up. I do remember I enjoyed the story. One thing I personally like to see in a story is resolution at the end.
Yeah, tear the submissive, downtrodden victim a new one, but at the end there is a satisfactory and justifiable ending.
I have a story that I stopped writing. I have more chapters and an end in mind, but I've been too busy with another project to continue it right now.
You might want to conclude the story rather than leave it hanging.
