In order to fix America we must limit the massive welfare program called Pension. No employee shall receive more than $50,000 per year and this includes king welfare himself Obama.

This will help curve that welfare program.

Actually, I would prefer to see the defined benefit plan switched to a defined contribution plan where a percent of profits are deposited into an account for each particular employee and grow at a market rate. Then at retirement the employee can have the option of a life expectancy payout or a lumpsum distribution.

The main problem I see with this though is that government never will show a profit. Oh well, just enroll them in social security like all us peons.
