what do you people think of them?

what if they are bullied into being one? does that change anything?

What did you get caught doing scylis?

If they offer a deal, take it. No one else is gonna watch your ass for you.

oh, this has nothing to do with me. nor anybody i know. anything they can trace to me is possible b/c i did it for them.

i just got to thinking about the topic for no particular reason, something i just pulled out of my ass, i guess, and then i thought about this Department of Homeland Security and everything it has its hands in now, and i got to thinking about the people it uses, along with the CIA, FBI, and NSA, and, i don't know, my curiosity was peaked as to what others think and feel about this area.

i mean, let's be honest, informants rooting into your business in secret are a good tool for finding out about potentially hazardous situations and allowing the right people to diffuse such situations before they become problems. but is that worth the loss of a portion of your privacy?

i get the overall feeling that the majority of people here feel that such a loss of privacy is not worth it, that such informants are scum and some such, but i just thought i'd see if i was right.

Snitches are a dying breed....

I would do time or take a bullet rather than rat out my associates. It doesn't have any long term benefits, and you usually don't stay in one piece. :D

Yeah, but that attitude caused 6 million to perish...

If you want a world liveable, then you have to expose evil.

But nothing ticky-tack just to get at someone you do not approve of or like.
