Cornyn decided to ask who is "really in charge" while questioning POTUS Biden's decision to work on policy and not rage tweet or call FOX as evidence.

"The president is not doing cable news interviews. Tweets from his account are limited and, when they come, unimaginably conventional. "

Huh - imaging a POTUS working and not doing cable TV or tweeting from the toilet at 4AM. Very conventional and very welcome after the last office holder.
