I have been where he is and it was no picnic but, if you follow the cardiologists instructions the road to recovery will go so much faster. It has been three years since my heart attack and all the partial blockages that where there then are now gone, thanks to drugs and diet and exercise.

K (wolfie) had a mild (thank goodness) heart attack on Sunday. He's home now, but still weak.
