good places to meet older women?

I'm not really sure if this belongs in this forum, so mods can feel free to move it if they wish...

I'm a 20 year old guy who has a fascination with older women. Thing is, I really don't know of any places that I could potentially meet a lady worth pursuing.

I know where the girls my age hang out, but what about the older ladies?

And another question for women who have had relationships/encounters with younger men: how did you meet?
