Boasberg absolutely got his ass handed to him by the appellate court.

No jurisdiction, no authority to intervene in foreign affairs, no power to privatize government functions and use that against the government; he got reamed hard. Without lube.

At this point I'm wondering how the ethics complaint against him is coming along.
