I have another problem. My computer keeps getting booted off like every five minutes. I called my server they said their not having any problems with their part. I just got a new phone line, could that be it?

Internet and network problems are always tough to solve. That's why Network Administrators get the big bucks.

My guess is that it's either your modem or your ISP. If they say they're not having problems, then see if they have more than one local number that you can call and try dialing up using the other one to see if that helps solve the problem.

I'm not sure how a new phone line would cause a problem unless you're getting some interference on it and your modem thinks that someone's picking up the phone.
