In business, when conditions or politics change, it's not unusual for senior executives to be "packaged" out of a gig with a Golden Parachute...a big wad of cash.
There's an announcement that usually goes something like "Mr. Smith has left Fatcorp to pursue other opportunities and spend more time with his family."
Bush Corp has a similar policy it uses when the winds of politics change.
Osama Bin Laden was contracted by George Bush 1's CIA to keep the Russians out of Afghanistan...when the gig was over Osama and his crew were paid off and cut loose.
Likewise, Saddam Hussein was contracted by Reagan & Bush1 to help destabilize Iran...and equipped with a gas plant in Florida, lots of munitions, nuclear aid and contracts for oil.
So....when the time comes in the next few weeks or months....you may rest assured that just like Osama, Saddam will be given a ticket to ride and he'll disappear.
And just like Osama, in time, Bush2 will...simply....stop...saying....his...name.
And you'll forget alllllll about him...but he'll be "seeking new opportunities and spending more time with his family."
