Zarael walked into the bar, turning up her lip at the sight of the place. This was a place she shouldn't be in, as an angel, and even more so in this vessel.
As if humanity wasn't confusing enough. Why were half the men looking at her like she was edible? Why were the other half so focused on the screen with the moving pictures? They clanked their glasses of alcohol together and shouted 'touchdown!' Zarael didn't understand a bit.
But she had heard through angel chatter that there was someone in the area, a rogue demon, who was of interest. He was one of Crowley's defects. A rare breed, as the king had a way of snuffing out those who disobeyed. The goal given to her was to find him and take him out before he cause trouble.
However, orders held little meaning nowadays. They were coming from all different directions as the battle for place as 'God' just led to bloodshed. There was a new leader every week. It was saying something for her to admit that hell was better organized at this point.
Her senses narrowed down on one man. He was who she was looking for. She walked over to him, a strange sensation in the elevated shoes she wore. "Demon." She greeted him, boredly. "Explain to me why I shouldn't kill you?"
