1. Google is your friend. It led me to www.cruisingforsex.com which has a very advanced search feature. You can put in the state, and it gives you a LONG list of cities (at least for Massachusetts). You can then pick what kind of place you want, from cruisy toilet to theater showing porn. I picked only Boston (there are suburbs available too) and a variety of types of places and I got a whole bunch of results. If that's too sophisticated, you can just tell it Massachusetts and get a listing of everything!
