This is how low info type snowflakes here and elsewhere are being manipulated by media outlets like CNN and MSNBC who are proving to be likely political arms of the Democrat side of the House Intel Committee and the CIA:

The U.S. Media Suffered Its Most Humiliating Debacle in Ages: Now Refuses All Transparency Over What Happened

Glenn Greenwald
December 9 2017, 7:17 a.m.

FRIDAY WAS ONE of the most embarrassing days for the U.S. media in quite a long time. The humiliation orgy was kicked off by CNN, with MSNBC and CBS close behind, with countless pundits, commentators and operatives joining the party throughout the day. By the end of the day, it was clear that several of the nation’s largest and most influential news outlets had spread an explosive but completely false news story to millions of people, while refusing to provide any explanation of how it happened.

The spectacle began on Friday morning at 11 a.m. EST, when the Most Trusted Name in News™ spent 12 straight minutes on air flamboyantly hyping an exclusive bombshell report that seemed to prove that WikiLeaks, last September, had secretly offered the Trump campaign, even Donald Trump himself, special access to the DNC emails before they were published on the internet. As CNN sees the world, this would prove collusion between the Trump family and WikiLeaks and, more importantly, between Trump and Russia, since the U.S. intelligence community regards WikiLeaks as an “arm of Russian intelligence,” and therefore, so does the U.S. media.

This entire revelation was based on an email which CNN strongly implied it had exclusively obtained and had in its possession. The email was sent by someone named “Michael J. Erickson” — someone nobody had heard of previously and whom CNN could not identify — to Donald Trump, Jr., offering a decryption key and access to DNC emails that WikiLeaks had “uploaded.” The email was a smoking gun, in CNN’s extremely excited mind, because it was dated September 4 — 10 days before WikiLeaks began promoting access to those emails online — and thus proved that the Trump family was being offered special, unique access to the DNC archive: likely by WikiLeaks and the Kremlin.

It’s impossible to convey with words what a spectacularly devastating scoop CNN believed it had, so it’s necessary to watch it for yourself to see the tone of excitement, breathlessness and gravity the network conveyed as they clearly believed they were delivering a near-fatal blow on the Trump/Russia collusion story:

There was just one small problem with this story: it was fundamentally false, in the most embarrassing way possible. Hours after CNN broadcast its story — and then hyped it over and over and over — the Washington Post reported that CNN got the key fact of the story wrong.

I'm ok with judging 45 on the words that fall out of his mouth without needing to hear about in the media. The man is a habitual liar and a detriment to a true patriotic Americans way of life.

Almost as good as watching the Stephen Colbert meltdown on election night, where the party atmosphere went to Martian atmosphere in nothing flat.

Hear about <what> in the media?

Your sentence is missing a subject. I'd go with a noun if I were you but knowing you you'll just use some random word that sounds like a noun, but is an entirely different part of speech.

In the alternative, you could just go with your usual, try to find an actual typographical error. That always yields a satisfying "victory!" doesn't it?

Hey little grammar Nazi, how come you forgot the apostrophe in Americans. See how that works?

Or he could reminisce about the good old days, and recount the details of one of Moochelle’s zero calories cardboard food school lunches!

We have to assume objectivity in the major media is no more. Journalism as previously understood in the major media is no more. In view of the last year, we now can assume major media outlets like CNN, MSNBC, NBC, CBS, ABC, have all been co-opted by the Democrat Party and Deep State actors bent on subverting the election results through misinformation, leftist propaganda and sabotage.

The newer version of Pravda!!!

The newer version of Pravda!!!

Absolutely, and I don't see it being reformed either. I think this is the new normal. A perpetual battle over control of the prevailing narrative by ideology in support of the administrative state.

I suppose Fox News has been infiltrated by left-wingers, too. They completely falsified a report about that yearbook Roy Moore signed.

The Intercept somehow failed to intercept that particular item.

Fox began sliding left when Obama took them as a challenge to bring down, and they too began folding with additions like Juan Williams, Bob Becker, and the nightmare of Meghan Kelly.

This is true, but at least there has been an attempt at honesty and diversity of opinion at Fox News.

Every one of the following was found to be a totally false story:

Russia hacked into the U.S. electric grid to deprive Americans of heat during winter (Wash Post)

An anonymous group (PropOrNot) documented how major U.S. political sites are Kremlin agents (Wash Post)

WikiLeaks has a long, documented relationship with Putin (Guardian)
A secret server between Trump and a Russian bank has been discovered (Slate)

RT hacked C-SPAN and caused disruption in its broadcast (Fortune)
Russians hacked into a Ukrainian artillery app (Crowdstrike)

Russians attempted to hack elections systems in 21 states (multiple news outlets, echoing Homeland Security)

Links have been found between Trump ally Anthony Scaramucci and a Russian investment fund under investigation (CNN)

And I'll add that to date after over a year there has been ZERO evidence of collusion between Trump and The Russians produced...ZERO!

Donald J. Trump‏Verified account
@realDonaldTrump
Dec 2

I had to fire General Flynn because he lied to the Vice President and the FBI. He has pled guilty to those lies. It is a shame because his actions during the transition were lawful. There was nothing to hide!

And then the fired Comey in an act of Obstruction. What did Trump know and when did he know it?

One might find it embarrassingly ironic that someone like Greenwald would be calling-out anyone for transparency and accountability when he prefers total secrecy and covertness as he acts as a totally biased, one-sided voice for Edward Snowden.

NON-responsive.

Makes no difference. There can be no obstruction of justice when the President is merely exercising his constitutional authority.

Perhaps you could list the errors in his article.

Too many to type out.

ok - here is a response:

Jaime T. Phillips went to the Washington Post and claimed in interviews that she had an abortion after having sex with Roy Moore in 1992. The Post did its homework and found she was a lying sack of shit sent in to discredit them by hoping they woudl run her made-up story.

CNN should have done more to background the report before going to air with it like the Post did. That said, they were clearly set up with a bad story for the purpose of discrediting them like that lying sack of shit Jamie Phillips and Project Veritas.

So yes - CNN was wrong to act in haste but the ones generating the fake news with clear intent on generally seeding distrust of the media are as big or bigger assholes.

Speaking of which, don't you have a porn ring under a pizza place in DC run by Hillary to go break up?

LOL!! :D:D

"Set up"?? Maybe you missed this part of Greenwald's story:

The email was not dated September 4, as CNN claimed, but rather September 14 — which means it was sent after WikiLeaks had already published access to the DNC emails online. Thus, rather than offering some sort of special access to Trump, “Michael J. Erickson” was simply some random person from the public encouraging the Trump family to look at the publicly available DNC emails that WikiLeaks — as everyone by then already knew — had publicly promoted. In other words, the email was the exact opposite of what CNN presented it as being.

And then Greenwald shows a photo of the email itself.

So how does CNN get "set up" with a fake story on a bombshell email, unless they didn't even bother reading the fucking thing and just took as fact everything they reported about it, what.......secondhand????

How do you get "faked out" on an email dated September 14 (not Sept. 4) that everybody, most particularly the Washington Post and Glenn Greenwald, already had??:rolleyes::rolleyes:

What does all of that have to do with lying about Trump?

Bwahahahahahaha.... You've GOTTA be kidding.

You and coach are currently in the lead, by a large margin for dumbest motherfuckers on the planet. Only because botanydummy isn't around.
