There are a lot of technical savvy people and a quick search revealed little information, so I thought I'd ask you.
I make a lot of long distance calls, mostly to the States and to Europe, and am sick and tired of paying ridiculous long distance fees, waiting for my roommate's landline to be available and calls from my mobile costs an arm and half
. I have been looking into VoIP services and after browsing, narrowed it down to Skype and Gizmo5. I plan to mostly call landlines and mobiles, with the occasional PC call. Having very minimal experiences with VoIP (I only used Skype about four times), I was wondering if anyone has any experiences, expertise, advice and opinions to impart in which is best?
A little technical facts: I have a MacBook laptop with a Mac OS X 10.5.5 software. It has a 2 GB memory and the processor speed is 2 GHz. And I have wireless internet.
Thank you in advance
