I upload the .wav file to my WWW space on my ISP server.

Then I make a link, like:

"http://www.pconline.com/~zamdrist/images/something.jpg"

Make sense?

Do you have an ISP or an online service like AOL? If you have an ISP then it's likely you have web space. You'll have to FTP the file up there.
