I just watched Pitch Black on USA...I wouldn't say the bad guy won in that, because he did help the others, the bad guys were whatever the hell those things were. So in essence the good guys won.

I actully liked Fallen...ending caught me by suprise big time tho.

Seven and Braveheart are great bad guy win movies. I'm surprised no one's mentioned Resevoir Dogs and Suicide Kings. No one seems to know about suicide kings, but Christopher Walken, Denis Leary, and Jay Moore? Can't go wrong there.
