In the same CNN interview, Giuliani said a president can obstruct justice, a comment that broke with the assertion last year of Trump's former attorney John Dowd that the President cannot obstruct justice.
Yes, you read that right. Rudy Giuliani, the man hired as a last desperate attempt to get the con artist out of hot water, has once again contravened his boss. It's obvious to anyone that a president can obstruct justice. It would be silly to say they couldn't.
Yet in an interview where Rudy claims Mueller has said the obstruction of justice portion of the investigation could possibly end by September if the orange one sat down and answered questions, he also undermined everything the con artist has said about obstructing justice.
Look for Rudy to suddenly backtrack on the only honest statement he's made so far. Look for him also to be shoved out the door in the near future as well.
