I understand completely. I would say that I prefer older men, but then my boyfriend is 5 years younger than me. I take that as proof of his extrordinary quality, that his age doesn't matter.

My first marriage was a man 5 years older than me (I was 26 and he was 31). He was sometimes verbally abusive, rarely went out of the way to say or do romantic things, and almost NO sex, even when I initiated it.

Second marriage, I went for YOUNGER, I was 45 and he was 40. He says and does the sweetest, most romantic things all the time, and he has a VERY high sex drive as I do.

So from my own experience, I gotta go with younger guys are better! Not too young (no cradle robbing), but a few years younger seems to be working out just great.
