From "Get Your War On," the comic strip:

"I love Iraq's new 15% corporate tax rate. It's even lower than the probability of an all-out civil war!"

"If Iraq descends into civil war, will Bush get to count it as one of his?"

"Dennis Hastert says al-Quaeda is going to attack the U.S. because they want John Kerry to win the election. Does that mean 9/11 was a late endorsement of Al Gore?"

"Didn't anyone tell Dennis Hastert that we defeated al-Quaeda when we invaded their country, which was Iraq?"

"So al-Quaeda wants John Kerry to win the election? Good! I swear to God, al-Quaeda, this is the only time I'm rooting for you motherfuckers."

"The thing that got Tall Afar's citizens through the days of being denied electricity and running water was the inspiration of that sweet 15% corporate tax rate...How long do you think Heritage Foundation pundits would let their children go without running water, if the reward was a flat 15% tax rate? I bet they'd put those Iraqi parents to shame."

Feelin frisky tonight, are we? :D

Oh yes indeed. Hurricane Jeanne was headed away from Florida for a change, but tonight she did a u-turn and she's coming this way! Plus, Hurricane Ivan has re-formed itself in the Gulf of Mexico and is once again Tropical Storm Ivan. Whatever I'm going to post, I'm doing it before the plagues of locusts get here.

Send 'em this way, Sher. We didn't get nearly enough rain from Javier. The NWS promised me an 1-2 inches, dammit!

I'll trade you some of my rainwater for a generator and some ambient light.
