Here is an example

I was in an airport this weekend waiting for travel companions to use the restroom after getting off a flight.
I was standing in between two gates for a few minutes and a woman standing a few feet away looks at me, smiles and asks if I want to go with her to her destination.
I laughed and so did she and she said I had to take a shot, have a good day.

You seem pretty defensive for someone that I didn't question in the first place.
 
I don't have any stories, but my wife does. Medical sales reps who called on the doctor's office where she worked hit on her quite often. Her favorite story was when a young man in his 20's came into her office and asked her for a date. She said she was married. He said, "I know, but you need this." This happened a long time ago.

That would just make it worse. Everytime you go to the gym she is going to have suspicions. If she approaches you about it laugh it off. Your not going to proceed with the offer No harm no foul. Sometimes the wife doesn't have to know everything.. Case in point Does she know your on here ?

Yes she knows I'm on here. It wasn't a big deal we just got a big laugh out of it 5 mins after it happened. The only chicks that chase me now are in walkers.
