The best advice I could give you is RELAX, and don't try so hard. Take plenty of time with foreplay and tease him. Keep stopping before you come or he starts to get close. It results in a huge orgasm for both.

embarrassing as it may be...he might want to think about seeing a doctor. It could be something that needs attention. Otherwise it may just be a stress/performance anxiety thing..in which case if you're open to it, therapy is generally not a bad thing.
