Senator Mark Kirk (R-IL), who won Barack Obama's old US Senate seat after Obama was elected President, had a massive stroke over the weekend. They removed a 4x8 inch piece of his skull today because of cranial swelling. Let's hope for a full recovery.

Ishmael will be along shortly to call for his removal from office, citing Senator Kirk's inability to perform his duties.

Oh wait, he's a Republican. Never mind what I said about Ish.

I hope he recovers I seen the doctors updating his status earlier. I know little of his political stance but as a human being I hope he's ok.
