Germany officially no longer a homeland for Germans

Why is it called "Germany" if its not primarily a country of the German people?

If Germans aren't the majority in Germany, and eventually are assimilated or displaced in Germany where will they exist? Austria is taking mass immigration too.

This Aydan Ozguz guy (I don't even know how to make all those diacritic marks) can't even Teutonize his name. Would that be too much to ask? Apparently. What happened to "when in Rome, do as the Romans do"? When did humanity lose this ancient principle?
