I MWM looking to share some experiences w/ people more like myself. There are not may Georgians on Lit. I am hoping to find some people quite a bit more open minded than my spouse. I'm not looking to ditch her but I'm a bit frusterated sexually most of the time. I can be a lot of fun to be around for women that are a bit more sexually liberated. I personally would enjoy mentally stimulating conversation on almost any topic, particularly people and their life experiences. I'd like to include free discussions of topics of sexual nature with fairly open-minded, NON-judgemental folk, but not limit the talk to such. As for the sexually liberated folk: Open arms here, but NO GrrrROPING!!! WELL, REALLY, I think we all know how to act like adults in public, okay? GA girl, do you know where Stone Mountain is---or Gwinnett Mall---or even Buckhead? I'm thinking of setting up something in a restaurant in one of those areas on a weekend, if you show up. ( I don't want to be the only female!) You pick the day and time. The fellows will have to find their own way to us. You have one of the longest drives, so I'll try to coincide with what's convenient for you. If the first meeting is missed by some, there can be a second one later...

If you read from the begining of this thread it was Artina Heartflash who suggested it and faded away in the Gwinnett traffic not to be heaed from since. I would like to see this happen but not to become an all male thing. best you hook up with the diva with the grand plan who invited people to a party and locked the house before they arrived. Jimm, there are many threads like this one I put up on the boards. They ALL fail to produce a gathering for one reason or another. I did not "plan a party and lock up the house" because the plans were not defined but SUGGESTIONS---the "house' had not even been designated. I gave up posting when only one girl responded and she said that her schedule was very hectic (meaning good chance she can't show.) I do not want to be the only dependable female.

In truth, EVERYONE finds it hard to fit even one-on-one meetings into their busy schedules. I know because I have been trying for a long time to do that with some of my correspondants. I have met only one.

So it seems one can't expect a whole GROUP to be able to coincide their hours for a gathering. Unless some other dependable women with very flexible schedules respond to the thread, it's just another failed effort.

I still take PMs though.

2> I never said you WILL not show. I said there's a good chance you CAN not show. I assumed this merely because of the same reasons that MOST folks can't show---because of hectic schedules and unexpected last minute delays, etc. This is perfectly understandable. It was not a personal slap at you.

3> To DEEM you undependable was not my intent and I wanted no-one else to assume such either. I was merely trying to state that I myself AM able and dependable to make it to a meeting, but did not want to be the only woman there.

Sorry you misunderstand me and perhaps I didn't word my thoughts too well. But I will surely not go to any meeting with people who are so easily offended by what I say---because it is NEVER EVER EVER my intent to flame ANYONE.
