The report is in. The grand jury investigating the election interference has been disbanded. So, charges or not? Will this turn into the trial of the century, the first every criminal trial of an ex-president, or will it fizzle out like a bad firework? A couple of months and we should know.

The other part of this that no one has mentioned is if Trump is charged, if he goes to trial, what will happen with the staunch Trump supporters? Are we going to see a lot of violence? Or will it to fizzle out?

As interesting as this is I'm trepidatious about what's coming.

Grand jury in Georgia delivers report on Trump, charges could come in next few months

No one's got the balls to arrest trump. Certainly not da Garland. No one's got the balls.

In the time that has elapsed since the common public awareness of the orange traitors criminality in Georgia, the FBI , etc, have likely been monitoring and identifying violent MAGAt extremists who would act out in the event of the orange traitor being charged / convicted of a crime. - And many of the worst MAGAts have already been dealt with.

I’m not too worried about a groundswell violent reaction to a long overdue criminal indictment of the orange traitor.

A Fulton County special grand jury has completed its investigation into former Commander-in-Chief Donald Trump's interference in Georgia's 2020 presidential election.
The special grand jury spent eight months investigating Trump's involvement in Georgia's elections and a hearing has been scheduled for January 24th where a decision to make the grand jury's report public will be made.

That's about what it would take to extract Trump from the mountain of crimes and legal trouble he's embroiled in (and the noose is tightening on).
