Here is an idea.
It is a non-consentual based idea, but the twist is that the 'Victim' has power of life and death over the other:
For example:
An armed intruder is spyed by someone while invading a house. This could be a beautiful catburgler, or a James Bond, alongside a young prince, princess, maid, however you want to slant it. (If I wrote this it would probably be the beautiful catburglar and the maid, but that is just me)
Hearing others approach, the intruder forces the other under the table/into a wardrobe at gunpoint and threatens to kill them if they make any noise. (although they are probably bluffing)
By bad luck, the approachers choose to stay in that room, unaware of the two hiding.
While not attempting to disarm the intruder or alert anyone else, the captive makes ever more amorous advances, perhaps progressing to oral sex, knowing that while their advances are less of a problem than being discovered, the intruder cannot risk the noise of a gunshot.
The exact motivation of the captive is not clear to me. It could be a simple wish not to die a virgin, an aversion to being controlled, or they might be plain wacky.
A good ending (I like happy endings) would be the captive, after finally having their way with their poor captor, helping them escape.
