[Genderswap] Army soldier goes from male to female

I remember reading a longer story (not sure if a one-shot or a series) that covered a soldier being changed from male to female after an explosion overseas. The main character gets medically retired and has to deal with the aftereffects, as well as the mystery of exactly *how* they got changed.
