I listened with great interest to an NPR interview with an Israeli computer expert named Moses Koppel, who's developed a program which supposedly can go through a piece of writing and determine whether a male of female wrote it.
Part of me views this with skepticism, as with polygraphs and graphological analysis, and part of me would like to see what it would make of the works of John Hill, or--I forget the author's name--whoever it was wrote that series The Magic In Your Touch.
Here's a link--a paper written by the guy (Koppel) himselfhttp://www.cs.biu.ac.il/~koppel/male-female-llc-final.pdf
