What's your favourite game/film/TV show? What releases are you looking forward to? Do you have a game subscription that is getting over/under used?

Let's not forget about literature (books/comics/graphic novels etc.) or even the amazing artwork that comes out of these things!

(There was a thread that went *poof* a while back and I haven't seen any others pop up like it)

I'll start: I still haven't finished The Witcher. I've been ill but slowly getting back to normal...maybe I'll have the energy to sit and play again soon.

Don’t watch much tv or Netflix anymore, watch a lot of YouTube and love the Minecraft and art communities on there.

I just read "A Psalm For The Wild Built" and it was lovely. I'm oddly not a gamer. I'll occasionally play Plants Vs. Zombies or Donut County with the kids.

I am trying to read The Wheel of Time books but it's fascinating how I went from bookworm to avoiding reading at university. I'm sure there's some irony in there as I was a psych major...🤔

I'm finding little time at the moment for anything except sleeping in my spare time unfortunately, so these books will remain a massive work in progress 😔

Favorite game? Darling, I’d be here all day naming favorites. Um, recently I took a break from Guild Wars 2 which I had returned to back in December. It had an expansion, End Of Dragons, during that time that I had a lot of fun with. After taking a break from that, I picked up Crystal Project, an indie title that is essentially a love letter to Final Fantasy 5 and older games like it. Highly recommend. Currently looking forward to Bayonetta 3 next month, because, well, doesn’t like sexy badass witches?

It’s that time of year so my love of horror movies is starting to shine. Looking forward to Halloween Ends and the Hellraiser remake. I absolutely love Ash Vs The Evil Dead. Still pissed they cancelled it. Not horror, but I’ve recently started watching Kobra Kai. Great homage to the original films so far.

Wheel of Time is possibly be my favourite book series of all time.

The sense of scale, time, character development is excellent.

I was very disappointed by the TV show.

Currently trying to read the last of The Dresden Files: Battle Grounds. Worrying that Jim Butcher has written himself into a literary cul-de-sac.

Most evenings currently you'll find me on Discord playing multiplayer TotalWar Warhammer 3. My true inner geek getting some digital time, when I'm not painting in the background.

Yeah, tried that, it didn't work. :cautious:

The first book that spawned the series is like something that the series was about, but not much, IMHO.

The second book....

It's not that I don't have the imagination for it and more the time. The book was different than the series, it was OK, but no LOTR. Then the series was OK, But no Peter Jackson, so....

If I was younger and there was no TV or Internet, I'd read, hell I did read!:LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL:

Waiting for Wheel of time S02.; and Halloween! (The holiday) Sexy Witches, Elves, regular elves witches....

Good books, don't really hit their stride until end of book four.
