Yes, it is possible and fairly common.

Just having a dildo or butt plug in your ass does not really approximate the feeling of a cock moving in and out.

The prostate gland is right behind your penis. Imagine a line going from your anus to your navel. Your prostate gland is on that line, usually about 3 or 4 inches inside.

Positions

First off, I have to interject that the ability for a bottom to come purely from anal stimulation is largely dependent upon the penis size of the top(not wholly, but largely).
Now, onto the thread topic--fun m2m positions:
Doggy:
this one's a lot of fun, and good for hard pounding. some variations on classic doggy have already been mentioned--I'd consider standing up back to front a variation on doggy as well--and that one is really fun--also nice to incorporate a piece of furniture--ottomans work well--for the bottom to rest or lean on while getting pounded
Bottom Sits on Top and Rides:
