It's a toss up between Sympathy for the Devil, or Gimme Shelter.

I can't decide.

What's your favourite Rolling Stones tune?

Sympathy for the Devil, hands down.

It was called the "Friday Night Anthem" back in the day.

Too many to choose from!

But for the sake of the thread, I'll say either Satisfaction or Beast of Burden.

I'll say this though, that might be my favorite avatar of yours, Aphro. But once again, too many to choose from...

So far, everyone seems to like my old west saloon hoor look.

Beast of Burden is another favourite.

Ooh! Yes! Can't You Hear Me Knocking! That's a great one!

That said, Some Girls is a fine group of tunes.

I loved the stones when I was younger. Today, thanks to the clear channel and the classic rock stations, I would rather listen to something newer that has not been played into the ground.

Sympathy for the Devil would have to win out. Although so many other great Stones songs come a very close 2nd!

Mother's Little Helper or The Spider And The Fly, I can't decide.

Meanwhile, in a couple of my stories here I've mentioned a relative who crashed the first Stones concert in USA, at the Orange Show fairgrounds in San Bernardino. She was a sneaky underage fox who panhandled some bennies (speed) and a joint, climbed the fence, and went wild. You may have seen the nationally-published photos of her riding topless atop some dude's shoulders. Yes, she was busted. Yes, her poor dad bailed her out. That set the pattern for the next half-century of her life: sex, drugs, rock'n'roll, and Daddy. Yikes.

Monkey man was the first one that popped into my head, so I'll go with that one.

woo woooo
woo woooo

woo woooo

Girl with the far away eyes has always been a favorite of mine

It goes against my nature to pick only one, but Tumblin' Dice always seems to get played when I'm in a Stone's frenzy.

Why do I even bother?

In post #13 I told a perfectly good Stones anecdote with sex, drugs, rock'n'roll, and Daddy, and nobody responded or told their own tales.

Guess I'll pick up my thesaurus and go home. :(

I lean towards material from let it bleed, black and blue, sticky fingers and some girls.

Hey Negrita, for example, good tune.
