Honestly, it’s just something you work your way up to. Start with a threeway and see how it goes. If you find two guys you’re comfortable with, and - very important - who are comfortable with each other, hang on to them and gradually expand your little stable.

Just to expand on the above: it’s really about cultivating possibilities then seizing the opportunities as they arise. This was with a friend when we had a long weekend away in OK, Jan 2015, for somebody’s special day.

It was a big party with a bunch of people from out of state. The farmhouse was (predictably) divided up into boys’ and girls’ sections for nighttime. But there were lots of mixed excursions and activities.
